First,We will check what displays you want, after details are confirmed. Profoma Invoice will be sent to you with our bank details. After getting your deposit,we will start the production. Finally the order will be shipped to you after we getting your balance payment. 

Yes, any OEM orders are accepted. Welcome your own design with optional colors. We would like to make the displays to fit your exact needs! 

After samples details are confirmed, we will send you sample invoice with our bank details immediately. Usually samples will be sent out in 4 working days after we get the sample payment. 

Sometimes, we provide free sample to some qualified customers or old clients. However, customers should afford the sample delivery cost by themselves. For free samples, please contact us at info@bonroydisplay.com 

Usually we require 30% deposit and the balance before shipment. If the total amount of the order is less than USD1000, we hope 100% payment in order to save bank fees. 

After your payment, please send us the copy of bank slip. We will check with our bank and start the production as soon as the payment arrive our account. 

For small orders or sample order, please send the payment via Western Union. 

For big orders, we would like to recommend T/T (Telegraphic Transfer).

Sample time is 5 working days after we receiving the sample payment. Large order will cost 30 working days for production after we receiving the deposit. 

If the order is urgent and the displays do not too big or too heavy, the order or display samples can be sent by air or express. We can quote you price with delivery cost for your reference. If you already have account with international couriers such as DHL, UPS, TNT, etc. you can offer us your account NO. We will send the order under your account. 

Usually we send the orders by sea. It will be much cheaper. We are pleased to quote you price with delivery cost. Or you can choose to use your own forwarder. 

You tracking NO. You can check the display status on couriers' website. If displays shipped by sea, we will offer you bill of lading. You can check with your shipping agent.
